Unless your a regular commenter on this blog your comments would be held for moderation, simply because i do not want this blog to be filled with spam comments and usually when i’m online i will have my Gtalk on as well and as soon as a comment is made i would receive a notification in my mail and a small pop-up from Gtalk on my desktop, but now you can receive that same notification and approve or delete a comment in an easier way thanks to the WordPress Comment Moderation Notifier plugin.

When there are new comments, you’ll see this little message pop up, and then the icon will change to some random icon alert icon the author found somewhere. If you click on the text it will take you to the moderation page.

I am ashamed to say that i only stumbled on this nifty plugin today when it has already been released for about 3 months now (my bad ), just goes to show that there’s so much about WordPress out there.
