Blogging Expertise has posted a good article for new Wordpress users.Basically the articles guides a newbie through the world of Wordpress and i believe this is just part 1 of many more newbie series to come.
In this article they deal with the simple things such as logging into your admin panel, URL’s & emails, UTC and options.
