The SRG Clean Archives plugin development has been taken over by Sean from Shawn Grimes, and the latest version is even better than before.
This plugin is designed to display your archive listings in a clean and uniform fashion that’s Search Engine friendly on a dedicated page, much like on this blog where “links” have their own dedicated page as well.
It lists the Month / Year (links to that months archives), the day of the month the article was published, the title of the article (permalink to article) and the number of comments (disabled by default) that have been made on each article (if enabled in the admin section).
It also hides password protected articles from showing up in your archives list.

I actually released version 3.0 earlier this morning, so thank you for the mention.
Anyone running a version prior to 3.0 will need to make a couple small changes depending on how they are currently using the plugin.
