Ali Nazik
Ali Nazik is a 2 column black and white theme, i’m not sure if it’s widget ready as the author didn’t say, but he did mention that he could not get the CSS file to validate, however the XHTML file is validated.
i3Theme
I am very sure that by now you would have comes across the very well designed iTheme by Nick La, the i3Theme is exactly the same except it’s a 3 column version of the popular theme (instead of 2).
